Lowlighting is one of the few services that I can guarantee every time you are applying on 100% dry hair. So that brings us to the fact that Shades EQ does deposit true to level on dry hair. When formulating a lowlight, especially on a porous blonde, it can feel confusing. I think we have all found out the hard way that the N series is not the true natural and unfortunately, we found that out mid lowlight.
