What happens if I miss an in person or virtual class that I purchased a ticket for?IN PERSON CLASS: All class ticket sales are final & non-refundable. Should you be unable to attend, your ticket is transferable to any other class in 2025 or can be exchanged for an 18 month membership to Adrienne's online education program, The Lightening Library. VIRTUAL CLASSES: All class ticket sales are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Does Adrienne offer private classes?Yes! For information on this, please email us directly at adriennedarahaireducation@gmail.com. Please include the name and address of your salon and number of attendees.

How do I sign up for a Lightening Library Membership?Please visit the Lightening Library page. Choose from either a Weekly, Monthly or Annual membership and select "Join Now".

How do I gain access to The Lightening Library on Instagram?After signing up for a Lightening Library membership on the website, head over to Instagram, follow @thelighteninglibrary and send a DM with the email you used to sign up. You can access all content immediately under our "Lightening Library Portal" page on our website, but please allow 24-48 hours to be granted access into The Lightening Library Instagram page.

How do I cancel my Lightening Library Membership?Login to the website, go to your account, select "My Subscriptions", click your membership and select " Cancel Subscription", then confirm by clicking "Yes, Cancel".
