HAIR COLOR CELEBRATION: An educational evening soiree

Join us on October 22nd for a unique educational event brought to you by Adrienne Dara x Redken!

Hey there my hairstylist friends! I am beyond excited to be hosting this event with Redken. This event is not only to feed you incredible education, but it is also to bring stylists around the country/globe together! Meet your fellow stylists, gain meaningful relationships, and most of all LEARN real education that you can immediatly bring back to your salons.

This event is 3 hours in length. Two hours of marathon style education and one hour as a cocktail party/Q&A to mingle, ask questions and truly enjoy yourselves... you deserve this!

So what are you going to be learning? 

* Think of this as bite sized education so that you can take major bullet points of knowledge back to your chair. 

*The goal is that you leave feeling clear minded on how you want to handle your business behind the chair and how to formulate for toning and lowlighting, how to achieve the perfect moneypiece AND how to approach foiling for both a side part and middle part. 

*Additional learning points will be an in depth look into Salon Policy implementation, verbiage to help you with raising prices and making shifts in your business hours, and structure.

*AND of couuuuurse we will be talking about Redken Shades EQ doing an in-depth breakdown of some of the MOST IMPORTANT Shades eq series; when to use them, why to use them, how to use them

If you don't use Redken Shades EQ is this event for you? OMG YES! While we will be discussing Shades EQ, we will be talking about everything from pricing, to policy, to consultation. We will be showing foil placement, toner placement and understanding how to visualize the end result during a consultation!

There are SO MANY takeaways for both those who use Redken and those who do not! It was really important to me to make this approachable for all levels of stylists alike as well!

5:30pm: Doors open (there will be welcome cocktail/mocktail)

6pm: Class begins

8pm: Class ends and wine and beer cocktail hour begins. THIS IS A CATERED EVENT, bites and cocktails/mocktails will be provided for all attendees.

9pm: Event ends, all attendees will leave with a swag bag full of amazing products! There will also be additional giveaways!

AND THE MOST EXCITING! Redken, Salon Centric and Framar will be partnering with us for the class supplying INCREDIBLE swag bags valued at $400!! With additional prizes and giveaways valued up to $1000!

Class tickets sales are final & non-refundable. Should you be unable to attend the class, your ticket is transferable to any other class in 2023 or can be exchanged for an 10 month membership to Adrienne's online education program, The Lightening Library & The Lightening Library Lab.
